**Job Summary:**At Included Health, the Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support for one SVP, reporting into the CIO. We are looking for someone who works ahead of time, anticipates needs, and produces successful outcomes. This role is based full-time Monday through Friday in our San Francisco office and is not remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily needs and requests from the CIO, anticipating upcoming needs in advance
• Develop a general understanding of the team's function, goals, and priorities – so your support can be strategic and informed
• Respond to calendar scheduling requests meeting coordination
• Coordinate meeting, event, and offsite logistics (catering, travel, logistics, and communications)
• Compile, submit, and track expenses in Workday and process Purchase Orders
• Schedule interviews with recruiting
• Partner with other Executive Assistants for coordination and provide additional support/backup
• Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
