Senior Talent Partner (HR Business Partner)
Job Description
Talent Partners (HR Business Partners) are responsible for partnering closely with our business leaders and driving the achievement of business objectives through exceptional people practices and close partnership with our Clinical organization.. This role plays a crucial role within the TAO team, reporting directly to Director, Talent Management. The overall Talent Partner team currently consists of 11 members.
Responsibilities:
- Be the Talent lead and Business Partner to our Chief Medical Officer and the Clinical team, proactively working with leaders to build and execute on talent and workforce plans that deliver business results
- Partner with the HR People Analytics team to identify and interpret trends in complex data sets to tell a compelling story about our employees and inform decision making across the company
- Build program infrastructure for repeatable Employee Experience processes and thought partnership for continuous improvement and innovation
