Job Summary:The Senior Clinical Effectiveness Researcher leads healthcare data analyses that identify opportunities to improve or iterate clinical services, with the goal of enhancing quality, outcomes, and costs. You will ensure the accuracy and quality of data through validation processes, develop data models, select/implement appropriate measures, construct comparison groups, and perform advanced statistical analyses, such as regression modeling. Reporting to the Senior Director of Clinical Effectiveness & Research, and working in partnership with Clinical Affairs, Clinical Quality & Safety, and clinical service line leaders - you will play an important role in advancing our commitment to delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities:

• You will be independently responsible for the entire spectrum of activities required to conduct quantitative analyses — identifying available data, coding study sample inclusion and exclusion criteria, independently building analytical datasets, and conducting statistical analyses to understand effectiveness of clinical services, including virtual care delivery, expert medical opinions, and virtual care navigation.
