Job Description
Job Summary: The Senior Manager, Product Insights is responsible for leading and developing a team of 4-6 analysts to identify opportunities for optimizing the impact of our products and operations. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and experience in cross-functional partnerships, with a proven track record of influencing partners to leverage data capabilities for faster value delivery. We seek a candidate who can accelerate our company-level goals to improve clinical outcomes, healthcare cost savings, member experience, and gross margin.
