Job Summary:Reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager, the Senior Accountant is an individual contributor responsible for monthly accounting close, year-end financial audits, accruals, preparing journal entries, and reconciliations. You will also contribute to overall accounting process improvements and other financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• You will perform month-end, quarter-end and year-end close process.
• You will compile and analyze information to prepare journal entries.
• You will work with internal teams to ensure accuracy in accruals.
• You will reconcile and balance general ledger accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
• You will collaborate with other departments to gain a working knowledge of operations affecting financial and management reporting.
• You will help complete annual tax filings such as Business Property Tax returns for office locations.
• You will complete other tasks like accounting and calculating for AP, corporate credit card, and employee travel expense, and commission accruals.
