Job Description
Project / Program Managers are responsible for executing projects and programs in collaboration with stakeholders and resources across Included Health and mentoring, coaching, and leading project partners to successful outcomes. This position will play a crucial role within the Project Delivery Center, reporting directly to Andreas Heid, CIO. The team currently consists of 2 members.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership to plan and execute projects and programs in collaboration with stakeholders in the CIO organization and in the company’s business functions
- Define project scope, requirements, and shared goals / success criteria in collaboration with the business partners
- Identify project resource needs and manage those resources in an effective and efficient manner to deliver project objectives set in the scoping phase
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, execution, adjustments, risks, and progress towards project goals
