Job Summary: On the Treat team, we are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our core visits experience spanning multiple services like Urgent care, Primary care, Behavioral health and Specialty visits at scale. You will also be responsible for creating closed loop experiences that take advantage of technology, devices and AI to make it easy for members to follow through on the care plan and achieve better outcomes. 
Reporting to our Director, Engineering you are a seasoned engineering leader with strong product acumen, proven ability to deliver team impact, experience building high performing teams and drive to disrupt healthcare through innovation. 

Qualifications and Requirements

• You have led teams to build consumer-facing products from start to finish.
• Reputation as a valued leader across the organization.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Science disciplines, or comparable STEM-related degree.
