**About the role:**The Consultant Strategy & Relations Director will be a key connector to consulting firms and our organization as part of the Consultant Strategy & Relations team.  This role will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy for aligned consulting firms and for managing the relationships both externally and internally to drive pipeline activity and support growth. In addition, this role will partner with Sales and Client Success to bring forth consultant viewpoints and assist with opportunities to differentiate our messaging.

Responsibilities:

• In collaboration with the Senior Director of Consultant Strategy & Relations, develop and execute a strategy for aligned consulting firms
• Manage and build relationships with aligned consulting firms in order to drive preference of Included Health’s products and services
• Prioritize which consultants and local markets to focus education and messaging efforts
• Facilitate meetings with consultants to understand our differentiators and to drive excitement about our solutions
