The Clinical Navigation Manager (NP/PA) will oversee and lead the day-to-day efforts of our Clinical Navigation clinicians. The Manager will play a key role in helping clinicians achieve individual and team-level goals, with a focus on delivering the right care at the right time, resulting in high-quality outcomes for our members.
This individual will be a central point of contact and key collaborator as new operational workflows, services, and expectations are implemented throughout our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Actively track and manage performance for all clinicians under your leadership, ensuring timely and high-quality care delivery
• Manage team members to meet performance metrics, including volumes, customer commitments, service line agreements, and performance guarantees
• Collaborate with the Quality and Clinical Excellence (CE) teams to promote the highest level of care and service excellence
• Partner with Human Resources Business Partners (TAO) to develop formal remediation plans when necessary
