**About the role:**The Benefits Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of the Benefits department. This role supports the Benefits Manager and provides exceptional customer service to all employees. The Benefits Specialist addresses Benefit related issues and ensures the effective utilization of company systems, tools, and resources to create a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in supporting U.S. employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, leave of absence (LOA), life and disability insurance, HSA, FSA, commuter benefits, 401(k), and COBRA.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits and provide support for leave of absence questions.
• Assist with the coordination of the Open Enrollment process, including communication, training, vendor updates, and other tasks.
• Manage Workday tasks such as processing life events, new hire benefits, and missing information.
• Lead weekly benefits new hire orientation.
• Process vendor invoices and conduct enrollment audits
