The Therapy Program Manager will oversee the system in which contracted therapists provide care at Included Health, and work to ensure that assigned clinicians are able to meet quality and practice goals.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and operationally-minded clinician leader who excels in a dynamic environment, leads with empathy, and is equally excited about supporting individual clinicians and driving systems-level change. 
Reporting to the Behavioral Health Clinical Director, you will support day-to-day clinical operations and be responsible for retention, performance, and quality of your assigned clinical group. In addition, you will identify opportunities to create efficiencies and system-level upgrades to support clinician workflows, quality oversight, and general practice management.
You will demonstrate inquisitiveness, independence, a growth mindset, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence. Strong analytical skills and the capacity to manage complex situations is necessary.
