Senior Analyst I - Client Analytics
Job Description
As a Senior Analyst I, you will be key in quantifying and communicating the value of Included Health to our clients. This position plays a crucial role within the Growth & Retention Insights team. Growth & Retention Insights consists of 5 team members. This team sits within the larger Insights for Business Excellence team that is part of the Business Acceleration Organization.
Some examples of things you might work on:
- Developing tailored reporting packages to support our business review and strategy meetings with a book of 2-4 clients
- Diving deep into our data platform to answer client-centric performance and value questions
- Scaling insightful analyses to deliver to the market (e.g., to prospective clients, to consultants/brokers, etc.), supporting our growth
- Partnering with teams across the company to to support cross functional efforts like ensuring new product features and underlying data are incorporated into data pipelines and reporting workflows
