Job Description
Job Summary:The Director of Finance will play an important role in the finance team, reporting to the VP of Finance. This visible role will partner with a general manager to provide in-depth financial insight to the leadership team while helping create business strategies. You will lead the forecasting, analysis, strategic planning, and preparing materials for important partners in the business.
You will manage two finance professionals who will lead the financial modeling work and help prioritize the work. Being a working manager while coaching the team will be critical for evolving the team and development of the staff. You will need to be a thought leader, challenging existing processes and assumptions to generate new ideas and process improvements. In partnership with the General Management team and the VP of Finance you will develop and enhance the financial management of the business.
