**Job Summary:**At Included Health, the Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support for two SVP leaders – Engineering and Product. We are looking for someone who works ahead of time, anticipates needs, and produces successful outcomes. This role is a full-time remote position, however the candidate must be based in the West Coast.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily needs and requests from the SVPs, anticipating upcoming needs in advance
• Develop a general understanding of the team's function, goals, and priorities – so your support can be strategic and informed
• Respond to calendar scheduling requests meeting coordination
• Coordinate meeting, event, and offsite logistics (catering, travel, logistics, and communications)
• Compile, submit, and track expenses in Workday and process Purchase Orders
• Schedule interviews with recruiting
• Partner with other Executive Assistants for coordination and provide additional support/backup
• Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of recent, full-time administrative support, reporting to 1 or more executives (within last 3-5 years)
