Platform Support Engineer

We are seeking a Platform Support Engineer to join our Engineering Support team. As a high-tech provider of on-demand healthcare staffing, IntelyCare relies on our robust software platform. *This is a hybrid position based out of our corporate office in Quincy, MA. Remote candidates will not be considered for this position.

Healthcare is at a crossroads - staffing is a critical need, and clinician burnout is at an all time high post-pandemic. Enter IntelyCare, using its nursing staffing and workforce management platform to help hospitals bridge the gaps within current staffing shortages. This creates a "chicken and egg" situation - as staffing becomes more attractive to employees, more full time staff may elect to shift to staffing contracts for a variety of reasons, increasing the need for more short term staff. However, there's no denying the attractiveness of flexible working schedules and higher hourly pay for a subset of clinicians where staffing fits their individual needs. (October 2023)
