As the Account Manager, Channel Partners, you will be responsible for onboarding, developing, and managing relationships with key channel partners, including Vendor Management Systems (VMS), Managed Service Providers (MSP), Scheduling Software, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Enter IntelyCare, using its nursing staffing and workforce management platform to help hospitals bridge the gaps within current staffing shortages. This creates a "chicken and egg" situation - as staffing becomes more attractive to employees, more full time staff may elect to shift to staffing contracts for a variety of reasons, increasing the need for more short term staff.
