Salesforce Administrator

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will serve as a trusted business partner and primary technical resource within our Revenue Operations team. In this hybrid role, you will manage and optimize our Salesforce CRM platform and tech stack integrations while analyzing and improving sales processes and business workflows. You will collaborate cross-functionally to drive scalable solutions, support user adoption and troubleshooting, and ensure our tools and processes align with revenue goals. Healthcare is at a crossroads - staffing is a critical need, and clinician burnout is at an all time high post-pandemic. Enter IntelyCare, using its nursing staffing and workforce management platform to help hospitals bridge the gaps within current staffing shortages. This creates a "chicken and egg" situation - as staffing becomes more attractive to employees, more full time staff may elect to shift to staffing contracts for a variety of reasons, increasing the need for more short term staff.
