Business Development Representative (BDR)

Intelycare is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Revenue team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients interested in IntelyCare’s new Nurse-Centric Job Board, as well as engaging with our post-acute per diem prospects. You will educate, entice and qualify leads while partnering closely with Account Executives, Marketing and Product teams.

Healthcare is at a crossroads - staffing is a critical need, and clinician burnout is at an all time high post-pandemic. Enter IntelyCare, using its nursing staffing and workforce management platform to help hospitals bridge the gaps within current staffing shortages. This creates a "chicken and egg" situation - as staffing becomes more attractive to employees, more full time staff may elect to shift to staffing contracts for a variety of reasons, increasing the need for more short term staff.
