We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Product to lead our patient, care team and platform product teams. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of our healthcare technology and services solutions. You will be an expert with Agile Scrum methodologies and work closely with cross-functional teams to shape the future of value-based care for Interwell and make a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.

According to the National Kidney Foundation (US), Medicare spends approximately $153 billion – more than 24 percent of total spending – on patients with kidney disease; end stage kidney disease, which affects only 1 percent of Medicare beneficiaries, accounts for 7 percent of Medicare spending alone. Interwell is enveloping the entire kidney care patient journey, from streamlining nephrologist workflows to integrating holistic interdisciplinary care teams in between visits.
