Renal Care Coordinators (RCCs) are clinical professionals embedded within a local nephrology practice. The RCCs work to organize the care of late-stage chronic kidney disease patients by providing support, education, and care coordination services with the goal of those patients having an optimal start to dialysis.
Please note, this is a full-time, onsite role requiring 5 days in office. This position is eligible for a one-time sign-on bonus of $10,000.

According to the National Kidney Foundation (US), Medicare spends approximately $153 billion – more than 24 percent of total spending – on patients with kidney disease; end stage kidney disease, which affects only 1 percent of Medicare beneficiaries, accounts for 7 percent of Medicare spending alone.
