As a key player, you'll collaborate with senior leadership, to support and develop an integrated physician value care network. According to the National Kidney Foundation (US), Medicare spends approximately $153 billion – more than 24 percent of total spending – on patients with kidney disease; end stage kidney disease, which affects only 1 percent of Medicare beneficiaries, accounts for 7 percent of Medicare spending alone. Interwell is enveloping the entire kidney care patient journey, from streamlining nephrologist workflows to integrating holistic interdisciplinary care teams in between visits. It's working - Interwell supports more than 100,000 patients, with $6 billion in medical costs under management as of this writing. (November 2023)
