As the Manager, Accounting at Interwell Health, you'll take the lead in managing our monthly closing process and annual audits, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. You'll play a critical role in preparing consolidated financial statements under IFRS and GAAP, overseeing general ledger activities, and monitoring balance sheet reconciliations. According to the National Kidney Foundation (US), Medicare spends approximately $153 billion – more than 24 percent of total spending – on patients with kidney disease; end stage kidney disease, which affects only 1 percent of Medicare beneficiaries, accounts for 7 percent of Medicare spending alone.
