Senior Recruiter
We are looking for a versatile and reliable Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. To prospective talent, you will represent Interwell Health as a brand ambassador. To our leaders, you will bring market intelligence and best practices, which support our DE&I efforts. To the company, you will utilize business acumen to hinge your efforts and activity on the primary goals of Interwell Health.

According to the National Kidney Foundation (US), Medicare spends approximately $153 billion – more than 24 percent of total spending – on patients with kidney disease; end stage kidney disease, which affects only 1 percent of Medicare beneficiaries, accounts for 7 percent of Medicare spending alone. Interwell is enveloping the entire kidney care patient journey, from streamlining nephrologist workflows to integrating holistic interdisciplinary care teams in between visits.
