The main objective of the Healthcare Operational Excellence Manager is to help us meet Interwell Health’s strategic and performance goals through continuous improvement and innovation within healthcare operations. You will build close partnerships with Healthcare Operations teams to understand their needs, develop solutions to their challenges, roll out change, and analyze results before iterating. You will review operational processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally on problem solving and planning, and lead delivery of change to the Healthcare Operations team. According to the National Kidney Foundation (US), Medicare spends approximately $153 billion – more than 24 percent of total spending – on patients with kidney disease; end stage kidney disease, which affects only 1 percent of Medicare beneficiaries, accounts for 7 percent of Medicare spending alone.
