The Real Dill ☘️
Here's a business term you may not have heard in clinic: "recurring health clinic", basically any healthcare clinic that sees the same patient multiple times a week. Recurring actions are ripe for automation, why is why Juniper is focusing on automating the billing and admin paperwork that sits within these clinics. This makes sense, but it's extremely competitive as there are lots of AI-powered newcomers and older players jostling for space. Juniper started in the behavioral health space and added a physical therapy/rehab product to its offering - let's see if they are able to continue growing amidst competition from competitors such as WebPT and Finni Health.
