The Clinical Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and success of our clinical programs. This position is responsible for leveraging data to drive practice expansion, improving operational efficiency, and providing exceptional support to our clinical team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in clinical operations, has a passion for pediatric and family mental health, and a proven ability to define and implement effective workflows. This role will report to our VP of Clinical Operations.

According to the CDC, some 7.1% of children between the ages of 3 and 17 are diagnosed with anxiety, and 3.2% are diagnosed with depression (Source: MobiHealthNews). Not only is this traumatic for children, but it also places a huge strain on parents and the family unit trying to support children in need. This is the problem that Little Otter Health is trying to tackle, and they reports improvements in both child mental health as well as the parents caring for them through use of its platform by incorporating parents into a child's remote therapy sessions.
