About the role
We are looking for mission-driven team members who want to impact the lives of families and providers. Reporting to the CEO, you will have an opportunity to have a significant impact on decisions and strategy in this lead Product role on a small, but growing team. You will play a critical role in building the platform to enable mental health care from promotion to early intervention through treatment.

According to the CDC, some 7.1% of children between the ages of 3 and 17 are diagnosed with anxiety, and 3.2% are diagnosed with depression (Source: MobiHealthNews). Not only is this traumatic for children, but it also places a huge strain on parents and the family unit trying to support children in need. This is the problem that Little Otter Health is trying to tackle, and they reports improvements in both child mental health as well as the parents caring for them through use of its platform by incorporating parents into a child's remote therapy sessions.
