As a Concierge Quality Assurance Specialist with Luna you will facilitate the Quality Assurance program on the Concierge Services Team. This role will be responsible for inbound/outbound call quality monitoring and reporting, tracking and trending of errors/issues, managing audit queues and providing direct feedback. In addition, you will function as a key stakeholder for projects and initiatives related to Quality Assurance as needed within the department to contribute to the ongoing success of Luna:
