Here at Luna, the Patient Call Center Representative (better known as Onboarding Associate within our Concierge Team) will be responsible for answering incoming calls from both new and recurring patients and scheduling them with available physical therapists in Luna’s network. Our ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently while exhibiting exceptional communication skills and professionalism in order to ensure a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction.
