This role is critical in fostering the highest clinical quality and success of partner physicians, VIP physicians, and referral sources by creating a streamlined experience for those who give and receive outpatient at-home rehabilitative care through the Luna platform. The Physician Success Specialist is dedicated to effective escalation management, clinical support, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
