About the RoleLyra Health is seeking a Senior GTM Enablement Specialist to join our dynamic GTM Enablement team, with a strong focus on content creation, program design, and live facilitation. This is a hands-on GTM Enablement position where you will be directly responsible for developing and delivering enablement programs that empower our Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to drive exceptional value for our prospects and customers.
In this role, you will create impactful enablement content, design engaging learning experiences, and facilitate live training sessions, ensuring that our teams are equipped with the tools, resources, and skills needed to succeed in the market. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Operations to create enablement initiatives that are directly aligned with business objectives and that drive measurable outcomes.
