Job Title**:**  Head of People and Talent

Reports To**:**  CEO of Mantra Health, Matt Kennedy

Location:  Remote - preference East Coast time zone

Compensation Package:   160k - 170k base salary + 15% bonus (total comp based on prior experience and people leadership background)

Job Summary: The Head of People and Talent will lead the People function and is  responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources at Mantra.This position plays a critical role in shaping the company's culture, managing talent, and developing/executing human resources strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives. This role will involve collaborating closely with senior leadership and implementing best practices in talent management, employee engagement, and compliance.

Key Job Responsibilities:
