We’re looking for a Clinical Recruiter to join our Network Operations team. After a year in the role, you will have hired 60+ behavioral health providers using innovative, ever evolving techniques. About the Role

The Clinical Recruiter will:

• Lead, design, and execute recruiting strategies to meet current and future business needs
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, hiring experience, closing) for both W2 employed and 1099 contract providers, including certified coaches, masters-level therapists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and psychiatrists
• Collaborate with hiring teams to provide an operationally smooth internal process and excellent candidate experience
• Advise and execute on creative recruiting sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of diverse behavioral health clinicians; maintain list of potential hires to reengage ...
