As our data guru here at Mantra, you willl be responsible for supporting the analytics and insights needs throughout the organization. You will partner with teams across the organization to collect, visualize and interpret data that enables better decision-making to support our internal operations and level-up our business intelligence capabilities.  The ideal candidate loves creating dashboards and other tools to empower various business stakeholders.  Additionally, you’ll build reporting and analytics to support the evolving product needs by our partners. 

If you are a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and challenging problems, and motivated to make an impact, then you will be a good fit for this role.
