We are looking for a Wellbeing Coach to join our team! The ideal candidate will have some previous experience supporting young adults and/or college students in coaching or advising type roles (e.g., academic or resident advisor) as well as some education or experience in the mental health and wellbeing space. In addition, candidates who are interested in helping our program improve and develop over time are likely to be a great fit. We're excited about candidates from all backgrounds who are passionate about our mission to make mental healthcare accessible and available to all young adults in the U.S.

About the Role

The Wellbeing Coach will:

• Report to the VP of Clinical Programs
• Provide emotional wellbeing and executive functioning coaching services to college students, spending approximately 14-16 hours delivering coaching services per week (depending on total hours worked, with a few hours per week for extra administrative time and weekly groups supervision meetings)
