Virtual Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (New York Licensed)
Job Description
Start Date: Flexible
Schedule: This is a FFS 1099 position. 100% Remote. (If you can offer 20 hours/week and interested in a Part Time W2 position on a academic year contract, we also have the option that we can discuss with you)
Choose your set schedule:
- Weekday Shifts: Work anytime from 9:00am to 9:00 pm Eastern Time
- Weekend Shifts: Work anytime on Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 5pm Eastern Time
Minimum 10 hours of commitment requested for the 1099 role. Ability to flex up and down depending on student volumes. Summer hours are available but not required. Weekend and evening availability preferred but not required

In 2021, the US Surgeon General released advisory guidance on the youth mental health epidemic, saying our obligation to act was "moral, not just medical". This pretty much underscores the mission of Mantra Health and it's goal of providing evidence-based and culturally competent mental health treatments for young adults. The mental health space in general is both underserved and highly competitive, so it'll be interesting to see how Mantra Health continues to navigate this space in the future, but early signs are strong: in 2023, Mantra reported that 100% of it's partner schools renewed and expanded their partnerships with Mantra Health.
