Maven Clinic is looking for a director-level People Partner for our Operations and G&A teams. This person will be responsible for the success of employee engagement and team performance through people programs and manager support. As Maven is continuing to grow, an objective, direct, and empathetic people partner is critical to create an environment where everyone can be supported and do their best work. The ideal candidate for this role is adept at building strong relationships at all levels, a proven metrics-driven operator, and someone with a bias for action. 

As the Director, People Partners, you will:

• Support the Operations and G&A organizations by developing and executing people strategies that align with your client groups’ business strategies
• Deliver people programs, including (but not limited to) performance management, compensation review, manager training, employee workshops and engagement surveys
