As a Legal Intern, you will play an important role on Maven’s small but mighty Legal & Compliance team.  You will spend the majority of your time: (1) doing legal research projects (relating, for example, to clinical or healthcare regulatory requirements in various states or countries), and (2) assisting our commercial legal team with intake, review, and filing of various commercial agreements. You will see up close how an in-house legal team functions at a late-stage venture-backed startup, and you will have the opportunity to gain valuable commercial, regulatory, and product experience. A successful candidate will be someone who can work independently – startup life in a largely remote organization requires someone who can take direction and move quickly.
