Medsienis seeking a skilled and compassionate **Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)**to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting patients in enrolling into various healthcare programs. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of medical terminology, and a passion for helping others access necessary healthcare services.
We provide highly personalized care for each patient. Patients have the same care partner – a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – that calls and stays in touch with the patient each month. The patients and care partners know each other well, building strong relationships and trust. Care partners know their patient’s health and health history well, so they can provide comprehensive, continuous support to their patients. According to MedSien, 150 million Americans have a chronic condition, comprising 90% of healthcare's costs. As you can probably tell, healthcare diagnosis and treatment is rarely straightforward. Patients, especially as they age, continue to present with a variety of comorbidities, polypharmacy, and environmental factors that help transform medical practice into an art form rather than a strict, workflow-based science. You can imagine the challenges managing more and more complex patients as the levels of patient complexity scale, which is part of the problem that MedSien is trying to solve using AI to support remote patient monitoring. As the aging population continues to grow in the US, solutions like MedSien could become more and more common as ways to help automate and clarify decision making in primary care and beyond.
