The Director, Clinical Operations role will have the responsibility of ensuring delivery, clinical quality, and performance of our suite of in-depth clinical programs across our base of customers. The ideal candidate will have a metrics-driven approach to clinical program performance, experience building and leading a team of clinicians, a deep understanding of health system operations, and experience working with product, design and engineering teams.
