Midi Health is a telehealth startup providing compassionate, specialized care to women 40+. We specialize in treating perimenopause and menopause symptoms, including: medical weight management, hormone replacement therapy, sexual wellness, skin and hair care and survivorship. 

We're in a time of high growth, and are seeking two experienced recruiter athletes to join the clinician recruitment team on a six-month contract basis. 

Requirements

The following are required to be considered for this position: 

• 5+ years of experience recruiting Nurse Practitioners (required)
• 2+ years of experience recruiting Nurse Practitioners in a high volume practice (required)
• Digital health or startup healthcare experience (required)
• Proven track record of achieving the following metrics in a prior role:
  • Maximum of 45-day Application to Start Date metric
  • 80% or higher Offer Acceptance rate
  • 98% or higher 30-day new NP retention rate
• Unique ability to find and engage with passive candidates and build excitement for the role
