Midi is seeking a Sr Manager, FP&A that will lead this function and report to the CFO. This role will lead all financial planning and analysis for the company, and will be instrumental in supporting our financial forecasting, budgeting and reporting to the senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to FP&A planning, financial model/KPI dashboard building, special projects, and financial analysis to drive strategic decision-making across the organization
• Work closely with Clinical Operations and Business Development teams to enhance revenue reporting and KPI tracking, which includes creating KPI dashboards, identifying trends, and presenting the implications to leadership to drive strategic decision-making
• Build and manage the company’s financial operating model as well as departmental budgets, providing clear communications to leaders across the company on monthly budget tracking and variances
• Create reporting for Board presentations and executive management that clearly communicates financial results/KPI trends
