We embrace lifestyle interventions, prescriptions and hormone replacement therapy (HRT) as well as naturopathic solutions. We use telehealth and team-based care to bring women the care they deserve. Position Summary
ThePatient Service Representative - Billing (Contract) works within our Clinical Operations team and serves as a link between patients, the practice, and the healthcare system. They are often the initial point of contact for patients at Midi, entrusted as brand ambassadors to deliver and maintain the highest level of service throughout each patient's journey.

Backed by Google Ventures, Midi Health is using its war chest to expand its "midlife women's healthcare" services across all 50 states. It's partnered with major insurance carriers, and plans to partner with major hospital systems in its effort to expand pelvic health services to more patients. Overall, there's a ton of movement in the FemTech/women's health space, especially in Digital Health - it'll be hard to pick winners in this space and, considering how underserved women's health is, there's the definite chance there could be multiple winners in the end.
