The Opportunity: Join Midi Health as Senior Data Analyst, Growth. In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to uncover insights and build tools to help our marketing teams optimize our paid and unpaid channels for patient acquisition. You will get the exposure to drive and build data products & tools that enable us to measure, optimize and scale our growth activity beyond just marketing to bring Midi expert care to more patients through various business partnerships.

Location: Hybrid in office, 2-3x per week in Palo Alto.This role is not eligible for sponsorship.

What you’ll be doing:

• Create and track marketing campaigns' Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across various paid and unpaid channels.
• Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) and customer acquisition cost (CAC) for marketing campaigns, identifying high-performing channels/creatives and areas for improvement, considering clinical specialty, patient retention, repeat visits, and lifetime revenue.
