Midi is seeking an experienced Digital Master Health Scheduler to join our cutting edge healthcare start-up. Business Impact 📈
- Sole responsibility for creating every Midi clinician's schedule in Athena
- Daily monitoring of clinician schedules
- Management of patient waiting list to backfill patients as times become available
- Rescheduling of patients as needed
- Adjustment of clinician schedules as needed
- Cross-coverage of Care Coordinator Team responsibilities as assigned
What you will need to succeed: 🌱
- Minimum of 1 year experience working for a digital healthcare company is required
- Minimum of five (5) years as a Clinical Scheduler building clinician schedules in AthenaHealth
- 5+ years using AthenaHealth (Athena) required
- Proficiency in scheduling across multiple time zones
- Strong attention to detail

It's partnered with major insurance carriers, and plans to partner with major hospital systems in its effort to expand pelvic health services to more patients. Overall, there's a ton of movement in the FemTech/women's health space, especially in Digital Health - it'll be hard to pick winners in this space and, considering how underserved women's health is, there's the definite chance there could be multiple winners in the end.
