Clinical Director of Integrative Women's Care (IWC), Physicians

1. Manager of Physicians: Direct manager of medical doctors in IWC, including employee hiring and management.

2. Oversight of vacation, slack assignment, on-call, schedules, productive direct and indirect time, project and quality audit, clinician adherence to care standards and protocols, onboarding, and any time requests of clinicians;

3. Oversight and management of collaborative MD relationships with NPs and meeting regulatory and compliance requirements;

4. Collaborates with MSO teams in support of care delivery;

5. Espouses visibility, responsiveness, foster belonging, and builds community for all clinicians and care team members. Establishes Midi Health as an employer of choice.

6. Care Delivery: Collaborates with MSO teams in support of care delivery.  Ensures high-quality patient care via  clinical guidelines and protocols; accountable for implementation, adoption and adherence of clinical protocols and scope of care. Active in clinical escalation, inclusive of Slack, Office Hours and MD visits.
