Director of Clinical Informatics and Athena EHR - MD, NP or RN

The Director of Clinical Informatics plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing our electronic health record (EHR) system, Athena Health. This position ensures that the EHR system enhances patient care and operational efficiency across the organization. The Director will also lead the development of comprehensive training programs to support clinical staff in effectively utilizing the system, serving as a key liaison between clinical, IT, and external partners. 

• Clinical background, trained as Clinical Informaticist
• Partner to product and engineering, agent for IWC care delivery
• Athena expert user and experienced configuration (telehealth, or multiple practices)
• Oversees the strategic direction and operations of the department.
• WIth Product / Eng, oversee strategic partnership relationships: Athena, Clinical and Clin Ops AI
• Ensure strategic partnership deliverables against contracts are measured, monitored and enforce corrective action planning if vendor in breach of deliverables or quality
