Head of Data Science @ Midi Health: 👩⚕️💻
You will have a unique opportunity to lead a team that drives insights and develops data science tools to optimize our operations, improve patient outcomes, and support strategic decision-making across the comapny. Location: 📍Hybrid- 2x a week in Palo Alto office required.

- You will lead a high-performing team of data engineers, analysts, and scientists to build out the analytics function from the ground up.
- You will lead our Data Science organization working with diverse stakeholders to make data a central driver of company strategy.
- Drive strategic projects like predictive modeling for patient outcomes, marketing mix modeling, and optimizing clinical workflows with data-driven insights.

The Real Dill ☘️
Backed by Google Ventures, Midi Health is using its war chest to expand its "midlife women's healthcare" services across all 50 states. It's partnered with major insurance carriers, and plans to partner with major hospital systems in its effort to expand pelvic health services to more patients. Overall, there's a ton of movement in the FemTech/women's health space, especially in Digital Health - it'll be hard to pick winners in this space and, considering how underserved women's health is, there's the definite chance there could be multiple winners in the end.
