• Lead, hire a mentor a team of engineers while collaborating with a counterpart Director of Engineering located in India.
• Build and scale technology solutions that align with company goals and patient needs.
• Contribute to hands-on engineering including developing key application features, ensuring optimal architecture, and conducting thorough code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
