Midi is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to join our cutting edge healthcare start-up. This is a rare opportunity to start at the ground level of a fast-growing healthcare practice! Business Impact 📈
- Sole responsibility for creating every Midi clinician's schedule in Athena
- Daily monitoring of clinician schedules
- Management of patient waiting list to backfill patients as times become available
- Rescheduling of patients as needed
- Adjustment of clinician schedules as needed
- Cross-coverage of Care Coordinator Team responsibilities as assigned
What you will need to succeed: 🌱
- Availability! The schedule is Tuesday to Saturday, with a 7AM EST start time on Saturdays; 7-9AM EST start time Tues-Fri (8 hour shift + 30 min unpaid lunch)
- Minimum of five (5) years as a Clinical Scheduler building clinician schedules (preferably in AthenaHealth)

Backed by Google Ventures, Midi Health is using its war chest to expand its "midlife women's healthcare" services across all 50 states. It's partnered with major insurance carriers, and plans to partner with major hospital systems in its effort to expand pelvic health services to more patients. Overall, there's a ton of movement in the FemTech/women's health space, especially in Digital Health - it'll be hard to pick winners in this space and, considering how underserved women's health is, there's the definite chance there could be multiple winners in the end.
